2013 Craftiness!

My start of 2013 craftiness...I'd say I'm on a roll! Four birthday cards and an organizer inspired by Martha Stewarts Zig Zag drawer insert! Now to update my labeling on my ink pads to show the color and name on the side I see!

This is one of my favorite pictures from our vacation in Las Vegas, we went to the Sky Walk and the professional photographer there took it.


I hand wrote the main part of the She quote(I love these quotes).
Verry poor quality photo, it's an old picture of me that I had scanned awhile back. It's hard to see but I used Distress stickles on the scallop to the left of the picture they look much cooler than my picture taking skills allow to show you!

I used some of ribbon from my stash and sewed it in place, then blinged it up a bit with some prima flowers.

Creative Team 1st Kit!

Well, for my first kit since the store closed...I got Pink Paislee's Starlight! I absolutely love PP, one of my favorites for sure. Well, I have been SUPER busy working on the house and haven't had much time to scrap :( But I did sneak in a VERY LITTLE bit of time a few weeks ago. Here is the layout I did of my Grandpa when he was young...I have no idea his age or if he served in the Army or Marines. As my journalling says, he never talked about it.

I used some good ole Tim Holtz to add some embellishments

Like I said, I have been super busy so this is pretty simple. I'm hoping to get more than just house stuff done this weekend!

Possible Usage!

Okay...so I had started this blog it said a few years ago already...but I never did anything with it as you can see...there's nothing! I don't even know where to go to get anything cool for these things! I guess I'll learn as I use it more. Here's to future posts!
